All 19 Doodle Jump Achievements and How to Unlock Them
Published · 4 min read
The browser version of Doodle Jump on this site has a Scores screen with three tabs: your local top ten, Achievements and Stats. The Achievements tab holds nineteen goals. Some come on their own if you play enough; others need you to play a game in a particular, slightly odd way. Here is the complete list, word for word from the game's data, followed by how to get each group.

Springs: Serial Springer and Super Serial Springer
Three springs in a row, then five. "In a row" means each landing that counts is on a spring, with no plain platform in between. Springs sit on top of platforms, so the trick is to steer for the spring itself, not just the platform. After a spring launch you fly high and fast; look for the next spring while you are still going up, because you have more time to line it up than you think.
Monsters: Bouncer, Avoider and Sharp Shooter
There are three ways to deal with a monster, and each has its own pair of achievements. Monster Bouncer (10 in one game) and Super Monster Bouncer (30) want you to land on monsters from above. Conflict Avoider (10) and Super Conflict Avoider (30) want you to climb past them without touching them. Sharp Shooter (5) and Super Sharp Shooter (10) want that many shots in a row that hit, with no misses in between.
Do not try them all in the same game. For the bouncer pair, stop shooting entirely and drop onto every monster you can. For the avoider pair, also do not shoot: a monster you kill is not one you jumped past. For the shooter pair, shoot only when a monster is directly above you and close, because a single miss resets the run. Clicking above the Doodler aims the shot toward the pointer, which helps when a monster sits off to one side.
Power-ups: Propellerhead, Jetpack Rider, Old-Fashioned Jumper, Monster Chopper
Propeller hats and jetpacks appear at random heights. Propellerhead and Jetpack Rider need three of the same in one game, so these come with long games; the higher you get, the more chances you have. Old-Fashioned Jumper is the opposite: see three jetpacks in one game and leave them alone. Monster Chopper is the fun one — while you are flying with a propeller hat, steer straight into a monster.
UFOs: UFO Bouncer and UFO Abduction Survivor
A UFO hovers with a beam of light under it, and the beam is what catches you. To get UFO Bouncer, come down on top of the UFO from above, the way you would squash a monster. UFO Abduction Survivor is the strangest goal on the list: you have to be caught by the beam and live. It is a matter of luck and timing, so do not chase it; it tends to unlock on its own over many games.
Patience: Endurance Jumper and Focused Endurance Jumper
These two want you to stay put. Find a green platform with nothing above it and keep landing on it, 200 times, without climbing. The game counts each jump. The moving-platform version needs 100 jumps on a blue platform, steering left and right to follow it. Both are easiest right at the start of a game, before monsters appear.
Breaking things: Epic Fail and Epic Fail FTW
Brown platforms break when you land on them. Epic Fail wants 50 broken in one game, so in that game land on every brown platform you can reach, as long as there is something solid below to catch you. Epic Fail FTW counts 1,000 across all your games and will arrive in time.
The big one: 100,000
Climb past 100,000 points in a single game. Nothing helps here except long practice: steer early, shoot monsters as soon as they appear and stay well away from black holes.
Where your progress is kept
Achievements, stats and scores are saved in this browser on this device. They stay between visits but do not follow you to another computer, and clearing site data wipes them.
